Sharisse Guyton

Sharisse has extensive experience in the bookkeeping field working in several industries including transportation, non-profit, trades and real estate. After completing her Advanced diploma in Business-Administration Accounting from St. Clair College she completed her Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration at the University of Windsor. Over the past 10 years she has specialized in both bookkeeping and process management with an emphasis on efficiencies and reduction in human error with positive and profitable results. Sharisse is also a member of the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada ensuring she is always on top of new trends and technologies in bookkeeping

Marla Coffin

Marla is the co-founder of MARDA Management Inc. which is the largest privately owned property management company in Windsor-Essex. Marla Coffin has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor and a strong background in professional fundraising. Marla incorporated MARDA Management Inc. in 2010 and has fostered its growth from its initial 34 residential units to over 1700 residential units throughout Windsor. Marla works closely with owners to ensure that their investment is well cared for, their expectations and needs are met, and that their business remains profitable. Marla also leads a team of 45 employees who work collectively to ensure MARDA’s rental properties are well managed.
